1. Service Description
1.1 Core Services
ReplyAgent provides the following services:
AI Comment Generation: Automated generation of Reddit comments using artificial intelligence
Reddit Posting Service: Posting of approved content to Reddit using our managed accounts
Lead Generation: Identification and monitoring of relevant Reddit discussions
Mentioned by LLM Service: Creation and optimization of Reddit content for Google search ranking
1.2 Use of Managed Accounts
We post content using our own pre-warmed Reddit accounts (100-10,000+ karma, aged 3+ months to 2 years). You do not need to provide your own Reddit accounts. All content posted through our Service is owned and controlled by ReplyAgent until full payment is received.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Standard Comment Posting Service
Subscription Fee: $79/month for AI features and platform access
Per-Post Fee: $3 per successful post that remains visible after 1 hour
Survival Guarantee: Comments must survive 1 hour; Posts must survive 48 hours. Deleted before these periods = full refund
Free Trial: $10 in credits provided upon signup (no credit card required)
2.2 Mentioned by LLM Service
View-Based Billing: $1 per 100 views your Reddit content receives (e.g., 10,000 views = $100)
Success Fee: $399 charged only when your Reddit content ranks in top 10 Google search results for target keywords within 30 days
No Upfront Fees: You only pay for actual performance (views and rankings achieved)
2.3 Payment Terms
All fees are in USD and charged to your provided payment method
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
Per-post fees and view-based charges are billed as services are delivered
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
3. Quality Guarantee and Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Posting Service - Survival Time Guarantee
We guarantee minimum survival times for all posted content. If content is deleted before the guaranteed period, you pay nothing:

Note: These guarantees apply only to content deleted by moderators or Reddit's systems. Content removed for violating our Terms (spam, prohibited content) is not eligible for refunds.
3.2 Mentioned by LLM Service - 1-Month Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our content quality with a 1-month warranty period:
Full Refund: If your Reddit content is deleted or removed within 30 days of posting, you receive a full refund of ALL fees paid (both view-based charges and the $399 success fee if applicable)
Applies to Any Deletion: This guarantee covers deletions for any reason—moderator removal, community guidelines changes, or platform issues
No Questions Asked: We only create authentic, rule-compliant content. If it's removed within 30 days, we refund 100%
Automatic Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of confirmed deletion
3.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Payment Obligations and Consequences
4.1 Refusal to Pay / Chargebacks
If you refuse to pay for services rendered or initiate a chargeback after incurring legitimate charges:
Content Removal Rights: We reserve the right to immediately remove any posted Reddit content associated with your account
Account Suspension: Your account will be suspended pending resolution of the payment dispute
Collection Actions: We may pursue collection of unpaid fees through appropriate legal channels
Service Termination: Repeat payment disputes may result in permanent account termination
4.2 Content Ownership and Payment
Important: All Reddit content posted through our Service remains under our control and ownership until full payment is received. By refusing payment, you forfeit any rights to the posted content, and we may remove it at our sole discretion.
4.3 Legitimate Disputes

5. Service Limitations
5.1 Posting Limits
Maximum 5 comments per day per managed Reddit account
This limit ensures compliance with Reddit guidelines and maintains account health
Higher volume available by assigning additional managed accounts to your campaigns
5.2 No Guarantees
While we strive for high deliverability and quality:
We do not guarantee that all posts will be approved by subreddit moderators
We do not guarantee specific engagement metrics (upvotes, replies)
For Mentioned by LLM Service: We do not guarantee top 10 Google ranking (that's why the success fee is contingent)
Reddit's algorithms and moderation policies are beyond our control
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Prohibited Content
You may not use our Service to post content that:
Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Promotes illegal activities or violence
Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
Violates Reddit's Content Policy or User Agreement
6.2 Content Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before posting (unless you enable auto-posting). By approving content, you represent that it complies with all applicable laws and Reddit policies.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Ownership
ReplyAgent and all related materials (software, algorithms, documentation, branding) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 User-Provided Content
You retain ownership of content you provide (product descriptions, keywords). By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ReplyAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for decisions made by Reddit moderators or changes to Reddit's policies
We do not guarantee specific business results or ROI from using our Service
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, scheduled posts will be cancelled, but previously posted content will remain on Reddit.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
You refuse to pay for services rendered
Your use poses risk to our platform or other users
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
